Shipping policy

At Bhavani Shankar Mandir our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every month, we deliver to customers in many different countries, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer/store for dispatch within 3 business days after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Canada Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facilities to the destination. International delivery can take 15–30 business days to deliver. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. 

Different products may be shipped from different locations, which may change the shipping times and delivery companies. We request the right to contact you within 24 hours to cancel/modify the shipment request, if the shipment cannot be processed according to our policy.

 

Customs/Import duties/Taxes

Please note that any custom charges, duties, and taxes on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Import duties, taxes, Vat, quarantine fees, address change fees, or any other taxes are not included in the item price or in shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

You are requested to please check with your country's custom office to determine the potential additional charges or taxes before purchasing any of our items.

We do not have any control on customs charges, custom clearance time, or on any other charges; hence, the delivery time listed above is for reference only. Sellers are not responsible for shipping service transit times. Transit times may vary particularly during peak periods.

Customs duty fees are usually charged by the shipping company or collected when they deliver parcels.
